Strategic Planning
The school goes through a rigorous review process every 4 years where we consult with community, staff, students and families to set the school direction for the next 4 years. We held our last review in term 2, 2022 and our last strategic plan is below.
We are participating in our next review in term 2, 2026 to produce our next plan.

Annual Implementation Planning
Each year the school sets new targets to work towards and hopefully achieve to improve the opportunities available for all students at Yea Primary School.
These plans are used by all staff, school leadership and the Department of Education to assess how our school is progressing each year. We have listed the last three years of targets below.

Annual Reporting
Each year the school Principal is responsible for reviewing and reporting against the schools progress. This produces the school's Annual Report.
Over the last 4 years our school has gone from strength to strength against the Department of Educations system measures and is now ranked a high performing school.
